Before the official kick-off on 4 November, a smaller evening for everybody who would like to help build the club - not just come to it.
I need your help. The club is up and running, and now it needs people who take something over. If around ten of us step in by the kick-off on 4 November, the club really gets going - and I’ll help every one of you get started. - Endre
Signing up helps us plan: use the kick-off form and tick the Organisers’ Kick-Off. Turning up without it is fine too.
The club has a room, funders and a calendar. What it needs now is people: a few hours a month each, running a format, finding a sponsor, opening the lounge, telling people about it. All the roles, with how much time each one really takes, are on Get involved. You do not have to have picked one to come.
Agenda
- The roles - what the club needs, and what is already taken.
- Plan the season - what is on the calendar so far, the gaps, and who fills them.
- Bring your ideas - an evening you would go to, a format you would like to run, something you miss from home. Half-formed is fine.
- Hang out - the rest of the evening, for as long as it lasts.
