Software & AI Nights — Kick-Off

The first session of what became a recurring format. An intro round, three lightning talks, and then a decision about what the group wanted to be.

What was shown

• Felix Oberhauser — agentic coding with Cline.
• Vladyslav Kravchenko — the stages of AI adoption, as a way of collectively working out where we are and where we want to go.
• Endre Szasz-Revai — OpenClaw, and coding with offline models, including the context problems that come with them.

What we decided

• Next session in six weeks.
• Everyone can invite others, including people from other companies.
• Ideally around ten people, twenty at the most — small enough that everyone actually talks.
• Materials get shared inside the group after each session.
